"I was headed home to Kansas on a Friday afternoon and developed problems with my 2004 Roadstar. I called Central Yamaha and they recommended Motorcycle Tow Company to help me get my bike to the shop. Despite the fact that the tow truck developed a flat tire on the way to the dealership, Charles was able to get me and my bike safely to the shop. On arrival to Central Yamaha, Sean and a technician were able to diagnose within a few minutes that the stator had "gone south". Justin in the parts department was able to source one from California and have it overnighted to be installed on Saturday. I was nervous that the road test for this work would be a 9 hour haul in the 100+ degree heat back to Kansas. I had no issues at all. So after breaking down at 1:00 pm on Friday, I was back on the road by 2:00 pm on Saturday. The service and the parts staff went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Thank you very much! I recommend these folks to anyone needing parts and service."

"I just wanted to drop a line and let you guys know what a top notch job you are doing. I bought my first bike, a 2007 Roadliner at your shop about 3 years ago. I rode it for a few years, and when it came time to trade up to an R1, I came back to your shop. I looked all over town, and while there are two larger dealerships closer to my house, I came back because of the way you guys have always taken care of me. Jason knows me and shakes my hand, the sales guys can match prices with the bigger dealerhips all day long, Justin kicks a** in service, and the parts guys (sorry I'm awful with names) are always real friendly and eager to help. The know how to find the obscure stuff I'm always trying to buy as well.
Anyway, I used to work in car sales and I know what a tough business it is to keep a dealership of any kind running. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Keep up the awesome work!

"My wife and I stopped in ONLY because the bike I was looking for (elsewhere) was not available on the day I was looking - new, or, used.
I had a cruiser style in mind. Because I am not very tall, I wanted a shorter bike (so my feet could be flat on the ground at stoplights). Jim Parton was extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly LISTENED to what I was saying. He deftly guided me toward the size of bike that would "fit". After I sat on the bike and made sure of the size, my wife (shorter than I) sat on it and her feet reached the ground with knees bent as well.
Because this bike was NOT the one for which I had been looking, my wife and I left without the Yamaha. We needed to be sure there would not be "buyers' remorse" after purchasing something OTHER than the one I had been wanting. I could not get the Yamaha out of my mind and went back to test-ride and "claim" it! Jim was very patient with me and treated me as if I was the most important person in the world! AND, the great treatment doesn't stop with the sale. I stopped back several days later and got exactly the same warm, friendly attitude from every person with whom I had contact!
I have convinced my wife to take the Motorcycle Safety Course ("when" is the next question) and we will be back to Central Yamaha for her bike when she is ready!"

"I was leaning towards a Harley or Triumph, and came in to simply eliminate Yamaha as a choice. Shane listened to my needs, was knowlegeable and enthusiastic about the bikes, and though I felt no pressure, Yamaha was soon at the top of my list. After Harley wanted $1400 over sticker price for their bike, I researched Yamaha pricing... and Central Yamaha made my choice simple...they beat everyone elses prices...and gave me additional discounts on accessories and gear. They also extended the discount to my family so they could get me Christmas presents!
The entire experience was fantastic. Sales, management, parts, and service all worked together to make this the best vehicle buying experience ever. If you want to pay over sticker, then go elsewhere...but if you want knowledgeable sales, parts, and service...for the best pricing...then this is the place to go. Period."

"I have made two purchases from the store. They were both small, one a scooter and one an xt250. I was treated as if I had purchased the most expensive uint on the floor.
